Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect certain information from or about you, including information that identifies you and information related to your creation of interactive AR worlds, cards or other use of the Services. We collect information from or about you in connection with the products and Services that we provide to you, including if you are use that creates a AR World/card ("User") or a recipient of a AR world/card ("Recipient"), and some of this information may be collected directly from you or automatically from your interactions with us on our Services.
Information You Provide to Us
Depending on whether you are a User or Recipient, we may collect the following information from or about you:
- Identifying, Account and Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, zip code, username.
- Content: Photos, videos, audio, text and other types of content that you upload to the Services. This includes content you share and generate with our AI features such text, images, video, audio, and engagement, used to generate the cards.
- Camera and Audio Information: When you grant access to the camera and microphone on your device, it will collect certain information to enable you to interact with the AR world. Such information includes information about your hands, voice, face and movements. For example, you can enable certain graphics in the AR world through hand movements or facial reactions. Please note that we use object detection technology to apply effects in real time as you interact with the AR world. We do not retain data that can specifically identify you and the technology operates locally on your device, meaning we are not collecting or storing it.
- Payment and Shipping Details: Credit card payment information, shipping address or other information needed to facilitate your purchase. Note that payments are processed through our third-party processor.
- Social Media Data: Data provided through your accounts on other platforms (e.g., Google) if you decide to create and log into your account via these platforms or if you decide to upload data, such as photos, onto our service from these platforms.
- Other Information You Provide to Us: Including information in any correspondence, responses to surveys, search queries.

- Location Information: Information about your IP address.
- Log Information: Details about how you've used our Services, access times, pages viewed, IP address, and unique identifiers like cookies.
- Stored Information and Files: Metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device, such as photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.

Before you upload and/or share personal information of others through our service, please ensure that you have the consent of such persons to do so.

We may use your information to operate the App and our business, this includes:
- Provide you with the Services: Including storing your AR worlds, cards, images, generated content, and your preferences to customize our services as well as facilitating purchases. This also includes providing real time effects as you engage with the AR world.
- Support: We may use information when you ask for help to resolve issues with the Services or have questions about the Services or a purchased item.
- Develop and Improve Services and Related Features: This includes expanding features in the AR worlds and cards, and improving out website and services.
- Prevent fraud and maintain security.

We use generative AI features (AI capable of generating text, images, or other media) to provide our Services and machine learning models for augmented reality. We do not use user data to develop or train our AI our features.

Vardence is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. We or our Internet service providers become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
